膀胱癌基础研究领域的进展与困惑 被引量:8

摘要 膀胱癌在中国泌尿系统肿瘤中,无论发病率或死亡率均占首位,而且发病率呈逐年增高之势。自20世纪末以来,肿瘤的基因研究取得了令人瞩目的进展,发现了许多肿瘤相关基因,近年来蛋白质组学的建立则为肿瘤相关基因的表达和功能研究提供了更有力的手段。然而,目前却难以将所有这些相关知识整合在一个完整的系统中为临床治疗和诊断提供切实的帮助。膀胱癌除了具有遗传学上的异质性,还涉及到复杂的组织微环境,如脉管系统、间质细胞和结缔组织等。如何将膀胱癌体外肿瘤细胞系、实验动物模型以及人体内研究有机统一起来依然是人们所面临的问题。针对近年来膀胱癌基础研究领域的进展和困惑现予以简单归纳。
