摘要
利用晶体管PN结温度特性设计出热电偶冷端补偿电路,并对常用热电偶冷端补偿方法进行比较分析。文中给出了在K型热电偶冷端补偿的基本原理、相关数据和检测精度,提供两个PN结温度补偿电路。
By the use of temperature characteristic of the semiconductor PN junction thermocouple cold end compensating circuit was designed. Comparision and analysis were made on. Some methods of the cold end compensating to general thermocouples. Some fundamental principle, related data and detecting precision in K type of the cold end compensating to general thermocouples were presented. And two kinds of cold end compensating circuit under the semiconductor PN junction were provided.
