摘要 胶带输送机是火电厂输煤系统的主要设备,其安全稳定运行直接影响到发电机组的燃煤供应。胶带是输送机上的关键部件,它既是输送物料的承载件,也是输送机的牵引件,其质量的好坏影响输煤系统的正常运行。本文结合神木发电公司输煤系统42胶带输送机整条胶带更换过程,简析输煤系统胶带冷粘接的工序及工艺,并提出冷粘过程中应注意的问题及检验指标,可供兄弟单位借鉴。 The belt conveyer is a main equipment of coal-transporting system in power plant, the safe and operation of which directly affects the fuel supply of coal-fired generating units. Belt is a key part of the belt conveyer, it is the carrying component of material and also the tractional component'of conveyer. The quality of belt would affect the normal operation of the whole coal-transporting system. Combined with the process of replacing the whole belt of 42 belt conveyers of coal-transporting system in Shenmu power generating company , the belt cold bonding process and technology have been briefly explained, and the problems needing to pay attention in process of cold bonding and index of inspection being put forward, providing with reference for other power plants.
