摘要 运动刺激可诱导脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurotrophie factor BDNF)mRNA表达上调,BDNF分泌增多。可促进脑损伤后的恢复、提高抑郁症的治疗效果、预防老年痴呆和增强记忆。 Exercises stimulation can cause brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) 's mRNA expression to raise, and secrete to increase, Exercises stimulation can accelerate the recovery of brain injury, improve the cure effectiveness of depression, prevent the old dementia and enhance the memory.
