摘要
利用乳液共混法将淀粉接枝聚甲基丙烯酸(SPMAA)在液态下直接与天然胶乳共混制备吸水膨胀NR(WSNR),并研究SPMAA和蒙脱土对WSNR硫化胶吸水性能和物理性能的影响。结果表明,随着SPMAA用量的增大,WSNR硫化胶的吸水率和吸水速率逐渐增大,但物理性能有所降低;随着SPMAA交联度的增大,WSNR硫化胶的物理性能不断提高,但吸水率和吸水后质量保持率不断减小。蒙脱土对WSNR硫化胶起补强作用,同时可使WSNR硫化胶具有较好的吸水性能和保水性能。
A water-swellable NR(WSNR) was prepared by blending liquid starch-g-polymethyl acrylic acid(SPMAA) directly with NR latex based on emulsion blending method,and the influence of SPMAA and montmorillonite(MMT) on the water absorption and physical properties of WSNR vulcanizate was investigated. The results showed that as the SPMAA loading level increased, the water absorption rate and speed of WSNR vulcanizate increased,but the physical properties decreased ; and as the crosslink density of SPMAA increased,the physical properties of WSNR vulcanizate improved linearly,but the water absorption rate and water retention decreased gradually. MMT provided WSNR vulcanizate better reinforcement and water absorption and retention.
