摘要
目的:本文着重研究利用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定膨化食品中铝,对测定条件进行优化选择,达到快速、准确的目的。方法:利用混合酸对样品进行消化处理,镁作为基体改进剂,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定。结果:在实验条件下,方法最低检出限为3.4×10^-11,当食品中铝浓度为0.30mg/kg时,重复测定相对标准偏差小于10%,平均回收率为95%~108%。结论:对于膨化食品中铝的测定有选择性好、灵敏度高的特点,并有较高的回收率,可作为日常检测使用。
Objective. This disquisition investigates determination of aluminium in puffed food by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods:Pretest samples using mixed acid, and magnesium was adopted as matrix modifier to determine by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Results: The lowest detection limit of the method was 3.4 - 10^-11 g, the relative standard deviation was less than 10% (the amount of aluminium was 0. 30 mg/kg) , and the average recovery was 95% - 108%. Conclusion:The method is sensitive and selective, has higher recovery, and is suitable for daily determination.
