摘要 采用大型有限元分析软件Deform 3D对普通麻花钻的钻削力进行了仿真研究。给出了仿真中涉及的相关技术与关键参数的设置原则,进行了钻削测力试验,并以试验数据为基准,将仿真数据和传统经验公式的计算数据进行了对比与分析。结果表明:有限元法对钻削力的仿真数据已接近试验值。 An emulation study of drilling forces generated by general purpose twist drills is conducted by using FEM analysis software Deform-3D. The relevant techniques and setting principles for important parameters in the emulation are given, and the experiment of testing drilling forces is performed. Taking the data obtained from the experiment as the norm a comparison and analysis among the experimental data, emulation data and the data from the calculation using the conventional empirical formulae are carried out. The results indicate that the emulation data acquired from FEM is close to the experimental values.
