摘要
土壤与作物作为一个密不可分的系统通过食物链与人类健康问题总是息息相关,土壤作物系统中重金属污染是全球面临的一个急待解决的环境问题。近年来新兴的污染土壤植物修复技术,利用绿色植物来固定、提取土壤中的重金属以降低或清除其对环境的毒害。此方法与传统的土壤污染治理技术相比,具有成本低、不破坏环境、保护人类健康和易为大众接受等优点。本文在系统地介绍植物修复技术的类型、机理、研究现状及存在的主要问题的基础上,对当前比较流行的分子生物技术、基因工程技术在提高植物修复能力中的应用进行了探讨,并对植物修复技术今后发展的方向、需要解决的问题及其应用前景进行了展望。
Soil - crop system is closely related to human health and living condition by food chain. Soil pollution by heavy metal has become a global problem urgently needed to be solved. In recent years, the new technology such as phytoremediation has been widely used to solidify and extract heavy metal from polluted soil. Because phytoremediation is characterized by its cheap, non -pollution, health and popularity, this new technology allured many environment scientists. Details about phytoremediation in terms of the type and mechanism of the technology, advantage and disadvantage, application of gene engineering technology in improving phytoremediation ability and so on are introduced greatly in this paper. Also, the guideline, main difficulty and application prospects to the future development of phytoremediation are also mentioned.
