摘要
科学发展观“以人为本”价值取向的创新意义在于实现了以下三方面的转化。一是从“物本”向“人本”的转化,这是对经济发展目标的新思考;二是从抽象“民本”向现实“民生”的转化,这是对发展基点的新思考;三是从“以财富为本”向“以权益为本”的转化,这是对人的发展目标的新思考。确立以人为本的发展理念,是发展观念的重大更新、重大转折和重大进步,是基于我国社会主义初级阶段实践以及国际经济社会发展历史总结的新拓展。
The innovation of value selection of human-oriented scientific concept of development shows in three aspects. First is the transformation from ＂view of matter-oriented＂ to ＂view of human-oriented＂. This is the innovation in the goal of economical development. Second is the transformation from the abstract ＂people-oriented＂ to the actual ＂people＇s livelihood＂. This is the innovation in starting point of development. Third is the transformation from ＂view of wealth-oriented＂ to ＂view of rights ~ interests-oriented＂. This is the innovation in the goal of human development. Establishment of human-oriented scientific concept of development is an important innovation, transformation and progress, and a new extension based on the socialistic practice of primary period in our country and international historical experience of economical ＆ social development.
