茶叶中茶多糖 茶多酚 茶咖啡碱的高压脉冲电场快速提取 被引量:14

Rapid extraction of esculent polysaccharide polyphenols and caffeine from green tea leaves using PEF

摘要 以10倍质量的0.001MEDTA缓冲液为提取液,应用高压脉冲电场(PEF)技术成功从等外绿茶中提取功能成分茶多糖、茶多酚和咖啡碱,并与水提法的提取率进行了比较。结果表明:在缓冲液pH9.5,场强度为25kV/cm,脉冲数为10的条件下,茶多糖有最大提取率,PEF法提取率是水提法的1.91倍;在缓冲液pH9.5,脉冲电场强度为25kV/cm,脉冲数为12时,茶多酚有最大提取率,提取率是水提法的1.11倍;在缓冲液pH4.0,脉冲电场强度为25kV/cm,脉冲数为10时,咖啡碱有最大提取率,是水提法的1.05倍。 A high throughput Tea Polysaccharide( TPS), Tea polyphenols (TP) and Tea Caffeine(Caf) extraction method was developed from green tealeaves using Pulsed electric fields (PEF). The following combination of factors also gave maximum isolation of TPS : materials suspended in EDTA buffer (pH9.5) was treated for 2 μs pulse width at 25 kV/cm, and 2n = 10, diluted time = 10 x in bipolar mode. A maximum isolation of TP was achieved when materials suspended in EDTA buffer ( pH9.5 ) treating for 2 μs,pulse width at 25 kV/cm, and 2n = 12, diluted time = 10 x in bipolar mode. As for Cat', materials suspended in EDTA buffer (pH4.0) was treated for2 μs pulse width at 25 kV/cm, and 2n = 10, diluted time = 10 x in bipolar mode to give the best results. Finally, PEF processing of TPS, TP and Car was 1.91,1.11 and 1.05 times more effective than untreated extraction, respectively.
