摘要
应用GIS技术建立城市抗震防灾信息系统是提高城市综合防灾能力的一条有效途径。阐述了城市抗震防灾信息系统的组成及其功能,详细介绍了系统地理数据库的建立,进行了地震危险性分析、震害预测、经济损失与人员伤亡预测及应急反应等系统专业模型。
Applying GIS to establish urban earthquake resistance and disaster mitigation information system is an effective way to mitigating urban earthquake disaster.In this paper,the main components and its function of this information system were expounded,and the construction of geodatabase was also introduced.Finally,models for the analysis of seismic risk,earthquake damage prediction,economy loss and the death of people,and emergency response were analyzed.
