摘要
以高能量密度的激光作用于固体样品表面,产生高温等离子体,以飞行时间质谱计对其进行质谱分析,是近年来发展较快的分析手段之一,具有灵敏度高,分析速度快,分析范围广,样品损耗少,可进行微区分析等优点。本文介绍了本研究小组自行设计与研制的脉冲激光离子源飞行时间质谱计的原理、构造及其初步测试结果。
A pulsed laser probe time-of-flight mass spectrometer has been built in this laboratory. The instrument uses Nd^(3+): YAG pulsed laser to vaporize and ionize the surface of small solid samples. The molecular ions produced are analyzed in a time-of-flight mass spectrometer. The basic principle, advantages,configuration as well as original experimental results of the instrument are described.
