摘要
以“刚性教学计划和统一培养规格”为基本特征的传统学年制,与中国高等教育的改革和发展存在着尖锐的冲突。推行学分制改革,重在发挥学分制在制度理念、制度机制和制度功能上的优势以及制度改革的效应。在分析推行学分制教学管理制度的必须性和对比学分制与学年制的基础上,论述学分制的基本内容,以及全面推行学分制管理制度存在的问题与改进的对策。
The conventional academic year system, which features fixed teaching plan and united cultivation standard, conflicts with the reform and development of China's higher education. The introduction of the credit system is aimed at developing its advantages in system philosophy, system mechanism and system function and its effect on the system reform. Based on the analysis of the necessity of introducing the credit-system teaching management institution, the content of the credit system, the potential problems caused by the widespread introduction of the credit-system management institution and the method to improve it are discussed.
