摘要
系统地分析了磁流变阻尼器磁路的材料选择,设计计算方法,以及在设计时应该注意的因素。应用M axwell电磁场分析软件,对所建立模型进行了仿真分析。分析发现,对活塞进行倒角处理后,倒角部分漏磁进一步增加,降低了磁路的利用率,但是在间隙内部磁场分布相对均匀,所以合理地选择阻尼通道的长度和间隙的大小是至关重要的。
The magnetic circuit material selection and design method of the MR damper are systematical introduced in this paper, and some important factors are included. With the electromagnetic analysis software of Maxwell, a finite element model is conducted. If the piston is inversed in the corner, the leak of the magnetic field will increase in this area and the using rate will descend. But the distributing of magnetic field seems more symmetrical than before in other areas. So it is vital to select the length and gap of the damping passage in the design process.
