针对典型的制氢装置转化炉炉管,阐述了其腐蚀介质及原因,指出了高温蠕变、高温氧化、应力腐蚀、渗碳和脱碳以及Cl^-腐蚀是造成转化炉炉管破坏的主要原因。控制原料气中Cl^-的质量分数,选择适宜的过渡段炉管材质并严格控制转化炉运行参数,可使腐蚀得到控制。
The analysis of the corrosion of the reforming furnace tubes in typical hydrogen generation and corrosion media concludes that the major culprits of the corrosion are high - temperature creep, high - temperature oxidation, stress corrosion, carburization, decarburization and C1- corrosion. The corrosion can be brought under control by controlling Cl- mass fraction in feed gas, selecting proper material for transition tubes and strictly controlling the furnace operating parameters.
