摘要
介绍了曲轴疲劳试验中常用的几种方法,讨论了这些方法的基本原理、特点以及实际应用中存在的一些问题。从工程实用的角度出发并结合长期的实践,给出了这些方法的优劣对比。在失效数据的处理方法方面,较为详细地论述、对比了目前常用的几种分布函数的形式以及参数估计方法。以曲轴弯曲疲劳试验的实测数据为例,进行了正态分布、对数正态分布、威布尔分布下的数据统计回归分析,并对比分析了各种分布在曲轴失效数据的合理性。
The common used test management methods were summarized in this paper. Basic principle, differences and problems may occur in the test practice of each method were discussed in details. In the view of engineering uses and according to long-time practice and comparison, a conclusion about which one was most suitable for crankshaft fatigue test was presented. The statistical analysis method of test data, sufficient discussions were also given, including the form of cumulative fail function and the parameter estimation method. Some fatigue test data of crankshaft were listed and statistical regression analyses were conducted in normal distribution, log-normal distribution and the Weibull distribution respectively. By the results, reasonableness comparison of each distribution for crankshaft fatigue test data was made.
