摘要
搅拌器被广泛应用于许多工业过程中。本文对三层桨式搅拌罐内的混合过程进行了三维数值模拟,采用多重参考系法(MRF)及标准k-ε模型,分析了8种不同工况下的搅拌功率、罐壁和物料间传热系数分布情况,通过搅拌混合过程的非定常两相流计算得到搅拌过程的混合时间。结果表明,流动模拟可获得详细的流场分布及各项特性参数,计算结果可为工业搅拌过程提供工艺参考。
Stirred tanks are widely used in many industrial processes. In this paper studies were carried out on the three-dimensional numerical simulation of mixing process by using computational fluid dynamics (CFD), the multi-reference frame (MRF) and standard k- s turbulent model were used in the simulation. The simulation results indicate that the mixing process is dominated by the flow field in the stirred tank. The results are of importance to the optimum of industry stirred tank.
