摘要
本文以自制的FIA流通池,用国产930型荧光光度计作检测器,测定了几种粮食中核黄素的含量。相对标准偏差0.469b(n=10),检出限1.4ng/mL,分析速度每小时150个样品。
A home made flow cell is described for flow injection fluorescence spectrometry. A model 930 fluorimeter is used as detector. The relative deviation for determination of riboflavin in grain is 0.46% (N=10). The detection limit is 1.4ng/mL with 95% confidence level. The sampling rate is 150 samples per hour.
