摘要
针对大型发电机铁芯磁阻对线圈电感计算的影响较难定量分析的问题,分别采用磁路法和磁场法计算大型水轮发电机单个线圈的电感参数。对2种方法计算结果的比较表明:磁路法根据基波主磁路对铁芯磁阻的近似折算对单个线圈的电感计算产生一定误差。尤其对于大型发电机,因其极数多,槽数多,不同磁路中铁芯磁位降的差异较大,如果铁芯还存在饱和现象,铁芯磁阻的影响将会更大。这时要准确计算电感参数,最好采用磁场分析法,这能更加准确地考虑发电机定、转子铁芯磁阻及饱和的影响。
The effects of the core magnetic reluctance in winding inductance calculations was quantified using the magnetic circuit analysis method and the finite element method to calculate the self and mutual inductances of a single coil in a large hydro-generator. Comparison of the results from the two methods shows that the model of the core magnetic reluctance in the magnetic circuit analysis method, which is based on the fundamental magnetic circuit, leads to errors in the predicted inductances. Especially for large generators with many poles and slots and clearly different magnetic potential drops in the various magnetic circuits, the finite element method should be used to calculate the inductances to accurately include the effects of core magnetic reluctance and saturation in the stator and the rotor.
