摘要
针对目前吉林省高校体育教师人力资源开发过程中存在的主要问题,应从社会环境优化视角进行系统研究,并在对社会环境目标优化理论界定的基础上,提出相应的对策,以支持吉林省高校体育教师人力资源开发的顺利进行。
On studying the main problems facing Jilin province higher learning institutes human resources development, the paper has done systematic studies from the prospect of social environment optimization, and provided relevant countermeasures based on social environment target optimism theory, so as to support Jilin province higher school's PE teacher human resources development's smooth running.
