摘要 近年来,现代药剂学发展迅速,新型制剂技术具有广阔的发展前景。本文就国内外缓控释给药系统、透皮给药系统、靶向给药系统、智能型给药系统、大分子给药系统的最新研究进展进行了综述。 Modem pharmaceutics have undergone a rapid development in recent years. The novel preparations and technologies show expansive foreground. The latest advances on modem pharmaceutics home and abroad, including sustained/controlled-release drug delivery system, transdermal drug delivery system, targeting drug delivery system, smart drug delivery system and macromolecular drug delivery system, were reviewed in this paper.
