摘要
我国人均资源占有量低、环境污染严重,发展循环经济是缓解资源制约和减少环境污染的必由之路。而政策体系则是发展循环经济的重要保障。我国目前现行的政策体系对发展循环经济有诸多的不足与缺失,因此,如何完善促进循环经济发展的政策体系就是一个值得认真研究的问题。本文对循环经济发展所需的配套政策及现有的政策所存在的问题进行了分析,并就如何完善促进循环经济发展的政策体系提出了具体的对策建议。
China＇s per capita resource is at a low level and her environment is polluted badly, and cyclic economy is the best and only way to relieve resource limit and environmental pollution, for which policy system is the most important guarantee. There are many shortcomings and deficiencies in China＇s current policy system to develop cyclic economy. So it is of great importance to study how to perfect China＇s policy system and accelerate the development of cyclic economy. This article analyzes the matching policy needed for cyclic economy and some problems to be settled, and puts forward some countermeasures for perfecting China＇s policy system for cyclic economy.
