摘要
采用人工神经网络方法预测活性染料染色织物的K/S值。将不同的活性染料染色工艺参数和对应的染色织物K/S值输入神经网络作为训练,再输入其它染色参数值,预测其染色织物K/S值。试验表明,BP神经网络预测结果和试验值的相关系数达到了0.995,说明人工神经网络用于预测活性染料染色织物K/S值是可行的。
The K/S value of the reactive dyeings is predicted via artificial nerve network method. Inputting the different dyeing parameters and corresponding K/S value of the dyeings for training, followed by inputting the other dyeing parameters, therefore, the K/S value can be predicted. Results show that the predicted data matches experimental data well, the related coefficient is 0.995, which means this method is feasible in prediction of K/S value of the reactive dyeings.
