摘要
目的:研究麻仁方传统汤剂与其经过分煎制成的配方颗粒混合物的化学成分的差异。方法:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,比较麻仁方配方颗粒和麻仁方汤剂两者特征图谱的差别,并通过相似度软件分析两者的相似性。结果:麻仁方配方颗粒中共出23个色谱峰,识别出其中的20个色谱峰。麻仁方汤剂和混合配方颗粒图谱的相关系数为0.897。结论:麻仁方汤剂同其分煎制成的配方颗粒中的主要化学成分组成基本相同,其共有成分比例相近。
OBJECTIVE To study the difference in main chemical composition of Marenfang decoction prepared with traditional method and processed granules. METHODS HPLC was used with computer, aided similarity evaluation. RESULTS There were 23 peaks in the chromatogram of the decoction prepared with processed granules, 20 peaks were identified. The correlation coefficient of both HPLC chromatograms was 0. 897. CONCLUSION The main chemical substances and the composition ratio of the traditional decoction and the decoction and the decoction prpared with processed granules of Marenfang were similar.
