摘要
针对运动机构中零件拓扑优化设计的问题,提出一种以动力学仿真分析为基础、以拓扑优化计算为核心的优化设计方案,避免了针对单一工作时间点进行零件拓扑优化设计的风险,保证了复杂运动机构中零件拓扑优化方案的可信度。以发动机配气机构中某零部件为例,介绍了新的设计流程的应用过程。
Aimed at the problems in topology optimization oi the parts in operating mechanism, this paper put forward an effective solution,which integrated multi-body dynamics simulation and topology optimization. Avoiding the risk of the single-operating-moment-oriented topology optimization process, this solution guaranteed the dependability in the process of the optimization design of the parts in operating mechanism. Moreover,making an example of a certain part in valve mechanism, an application of the new solution had been conducted.
