摘要
本试验采用短期(24h内)低温(5℃)胁迫处理紫羊茅、优异和抢手股等三种冷季型草坪草,以电导法测定叶片膜透性、茚三酮比色法测定叶片脯氨酸含量、蒽酮比色法测定可溶性总糖含量,分析三项指标的变化规律,并以此来判断三种草坪草抗冷的能力。结果表明,在5℃低温胁迫下,草坪草叶片内脯氨酸含量增加,增加量为紫羊茅>优异>抢手股,可溶性糖的含量增加,增加量为抢手股>优异>紫羊茅,膜透性的增加表现为紫羊茅>优异>抢手股,综合评价三种草坪草的抗冷性能为抢手股>优异>紫羊茅。膜透性、脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量在24h的增加过程上还表现出以下特点,即低温处理1h内增加较小,1-3h明显增加,3-9h增加平缓、甚至有所降低,9-24h又出现显著的增加。
This paper report that stressing on three varieties of turfgrass, Cindy, Merit and Blue chip, under 5 degree low temperature during 24 hours, membrane permeability of the leaves are measured by conductivity, proline concentration of the leaves are determined by ninhydrin colorimetric method, and soluble sugar content of the leaves are determined by enthrone colorimetric method, respectively. The results show that under 5 degree low temperature exposure, the proline content of turfgrass leaves increases, which increment putting up Cindy 〉 Merit 〉 Blue chip; the content of soluble sugar in the turfgrass leaves increases, the increment of Blue chip being the greatest, secondary being Merit, that of Cindy being lowest ; the membrane permeability of the turfgrass also increases, which increment showing Cindy 〉 Merit 〉 Blue chip. The chilling resistance of the three varieties of turfgrass is overall evaluated, which expressing Blue chip 〉 Merit 〉 Cindy, The analysis of membrane permeability, the content of both soluble sugar and proline characteristically indicates that the increase of the three indexes are inconspicuous within 1st hour as low temperature exposure, are conspicuous from 1st hour to 3rd hour, and are gentle from 3rd hour to 9th hour even instead of decrease. The increase conspicuously presents again from 9th hour to 24th hour.
