摘要
当前,我国社会正处在全面转型的关键时期,经济和社会转型要求政府转型,要求政府及时调整治理方式,把职能行使的重点转到加强宏观调控、市场监管、社会管理和公共服务上来,从而实现政府转型。因此,构建服务型政府是当代中国经济社会发展的需要。
