摘要
本文报告应用超声心动图监测9例经导管先天性心内缺损关闭术的全过程。术中监测的主要内容有:(1)确定关闭器在心内的位置;(2)显示残余分流和瓣膜返流;(3)观察房间隔缺损球囊探测的过程。结要表明:超声心动图在显示心内结构、关闭器位置、残余分流和瓣膜返流等方面有其独特性,同时可结合声学造影及根据需要进行多方面的监测,并用于术前诊断和术后随访。提出超声心动图是经导管心内缺损关闭术必不可少的一项监测手段,尤其是房间隔缺损的关闭术,可望不久的将来能在超声室进行。
This paper reports the monitoring of the transcatheter closure of congenital cardiac defects by echocardiography in 9 patients. The main content conducted during the catheterization was as follows; (1) Finding the location of the occluder in the heart; (2)displaying residual shunt and valvular regurgitation ; (3) Observing the course of probing atrial septal defects with balloons. The results indicated that echocardiography played a unique role in displaying the cardiac structure、 the place of the occluder 、 the residual shunt and valvular regurgitation. It might also carry out detection in many other ways. Combining the ultrasonic contrast or according to the requirement of catheterization. Echocardiography was also used to the diagnosis before transcatheter occlusion and the follow -up. It was concluded that echocardiographic monitoring was essential to transcatheter occlusion of cardiac defects. Particularly, in the future the closure of atrial septal defect might be conducted in the ultrasound-room.
