Bacillus mycoides磷脂酶C纯化制备研究 被引量：7

摘要 通过离子交换吸附(pH7.2)、超滤、离子交换层析(pH8.5)、疏水层析及凝胶层析等多步纯化过程对Bacillusmycoides970发酵所产胞外磷脂酶C的分离纯化进行了研究。纯化倍率为40.8倍,纯化酶活收率为25%。纯化样品比活力达到15370 U/mg。样品纯度经过SDS-PAGE检测达到电泳纯。
