摘要
目的:了解长期接触甲醛对教师健康状况的影响。方法:对形态学教研室所在的教学楼内不同楼层形态学实验室、楼道、教师办公室进行甲醛浓度监测,以全部形态学教师为研究组,卫生学教师为对照组,采用自制健康问卷进行问卷调查。结果:实验室甲醛浓度最高可达3.98mg/m3,超过标准近30倍。楼道、办公室所受污染较轻,与实验室相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同楼层的实验室甲醛浓度存在差异(P<0.05);实验室内各点甲醛浓度也存在差异(P<0.05)。长期接触甲醛的形态学教师在神经衰弱征候群、植物神经功能紊乱、皮肤粘膜刺激症状等方面的检出率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:形态学实验室空气中甲醛污染情况较严重,对形态学教师的健康状况产生了不良影响。控制和减轻形态学实验室的甲醛污染,对保护形态学教师和学生的健康具有重要意义。
Objectives: This investigation is undertaken to learn the effect of formaldehyde to teachers health. Methods: Formaldehyde concentration was monitored in morphology laboratories, the corridors and the teacher offices. While taking the all morphology teachers as the study team, the hygiene teacher was taken as the control group by the self-made healthy questionnaire. Results: Formaldehyde concentration of laboratories reached 3.98 mg/m^3 surpassing standard near 30 times. The corridor, the office received relatively low pollutions compared with the laboratory. The difference was significant (P 〈0.05). Formaldehyde concentration in different floor laboratory was different (P 〈0.05). At the same time, in the same laboratory, each observed point also formaldehyde concentration was different (P 〈0.05). The morphology teachers who are long-term exposed to formaldehyde had a higher incidence of the neurasthenia indication group, the automatic nerval function disorder, skin mucous membrane stimulation symptom and so on (P 〈0.05). Conclusions: In the morphology laboratory air, the formgldehyde pollution is serious, which have a negative effect on teachers. It is vital to control and reduce the pollution of the morphology laboratory for protecting the health of morphology teachers and students.
