摘要
以纳米复合杂多酸H3PW12O40/SiO2为催化剂,通过正戊酸和正丁醇反应来合成戊酸丁酯,结果表明,纳米复合杂多酸H3PW12O40/SiO2是合成戊酸丁酯的良好催化剂,该反应的最佳条件是:酸醇物质的量比为1∶1.2,催化剂用量为0.4g/0.1mol正戊酸,带水剂正丁醇为10mL,反应时间为40min,反应温度在120℃左右,此时酯化率可达95%.
Butyl valerate was synthesized from butyl alcohol and pentoic acid using nano- H3PW12O40/SiO2 as catalyst. The results showed that nano- H3PW12O40/SiO2 was a good catalyst for synthesizing butyl valerate, the oplimal conditions were found as follows : molar ratio of pentoic acid to butyl alcohol was 1 : 1.2,amount of catalyst was 0.4g/0.1 mol pentoic acid, water-carrying was 10mL , the reaction time was 40min, the reaction temperature was about 120℃ ,the yield could reach 95.0%.
