TSCR工艺B微合金化冷轧基料用钢的开发研究

摘要 通过对B微合金化生产冷轧基料用钢适应性的研究,珠江钢铁采用TSCR工艺成功生产出冷轧基料用钢。该钢种强度明显降低,性能完全达到JISG3131-96标准要求,已应用于家电行业。 By research on applicability of B microalloying, Zhujiang Steel developed the base material for colding rolling SPHC, SPHD and SPHE successfully in TSCR line. The Strength is decreased obviously, and the performance is obtained accoring to JISG3131 -96 standard. The strips were used successfully in domestic electricity industry.
