摘要
Matlab是一种面向科学与工程计算的高级语言,应用Matlab的强大数学计算功能能够直接实现铸造用大型软件的开发。本文介绍了在铸造中如何采用Matlab软件,高效、方便地实现铸件充型过程的数值模拟、温度场图形可视化处理、金相等微观的定量分析及利用控制系统工具箱实现压力铸造系统智能控制仿真的方法。
As one of the high level language for scientific and engineering calculation, Matlab can be easily used to develop complex software for foundry by its powerful function in mathematical calculation.It was introduced that how to use Matlab software to effectively and easily realize numerical simulation of casting cavity filling, visualization of temperature field and quantitative analysis of metallurgical structure. Furthermore, how to realize casting intelligent control system by using tool box was also represented.
