摘要
阐述了上海绿化行业加强行业文化建设的重要性和紧迫性,分析了当前建设和谐文化所取得的成效及存在的不足,提出了要从提升行业职工文化素质、挖掘公园绿地文化底蕴、因地制宜推进老公园改造、创新公园绿地管理模式4个方面,推进和谐文化建设,构建和谐行业,促进社会和谐。
The importance and urgency of strengthening cultural construction of Shanghai landscaping industry are expounded and effects obtained in current construction of harmonious society and problems existed are analyzed. The construction of harmonious culture, the establishment of harmonious industry and promotion of social harmonization shoule be conducted from four aspects of enhancing workers＇ cultural quality, opening up cultural connotation of green space, reconstructiong old park according to local condition and innovating management mode for green space etc.
