摘要
在非高剪切力条件下,将硫酸铝引入到聚合硅酸中合成了新型聚硅酸硫酸铝(PASS)絮凝剂。研究了PASS的合成工艺,优化了工艺参数;进行了PASS对印染废水的絮凝性能试验,并与其他无机高分子絮凝剂作了对比。结果表明,较优的PASS合成条件为:SiO2的质量分数为2.5%;pH=1.5~2.0;n(Al):n(Si)=1:4;PASS对印染废水的CODCr去除率和除浊率均可达90%以上。PASS具有沉降速度快、絮体少、絮团紧密、脱水性能良好、CODCr去除率和除浊率高等优点。
The novel inorganic ion-flocculant poly-nucleate aluminum hydroxy silicate-sulphate (PASS) was prepared from aluminum sulfate and polysilicic acid under non-high shear condition. The effects of process parameters were investigated and the optimal manipulation parameters were selected as fellows: the concentration of SiO2 2.5%, pH 1.5 to 2.0, mole ratio of Al and Si 1:4. The application of PASS in the process of dying waste water treatment was studied experimentally. As the results that PASS has the advantages of better flocculation effect and cheaper price comparing with other inorganic polymer flocculants.
