摘要
指出良好的发动机润滑系统对于保障发动机可靠工作有着十分重要的作用,对润滑系统的研究现状以及主要研究内容的进展情况进行了简要回顾,介绍了在润滑系统中各部件、关键润滑部位以及润滑油路中流动状况等方面的研究情况。对经验设计法、网络法和外部特性法等3种润滑系统设计研究方法进行了介绍,并对这些方法存在的问题及相应的解决措施进行了初步探讨。
A good lubrication system of engine is especially important to keep engine work in credible way. Research and development in the study of engine's lubrication system are reviewed briefly, the flow of engine oil through all parts of lubrication system and key lubrication area and oil path are introduced simply here. Experience method, network method and external characteristic method in the research of engine's lubrication system are described detailedly. The limits of these methods are also discussed here and some suggestions for resolving them are put forward.
