热等静压工艺对新型TiC钢结硬质合金组织及磨损性能的影响 被引量:9

Influences of Hot Isostatic Pressing Technology on Microstructure and Abrasion Properties of a New Steel Bonded Titanium Carbide

摘要 采用粉末冶金方法制备了Fe-3.0Cr-3.0Mo-0.5Cu-0.5C-33TiC钢结硬质合金,并对其进行了热等静压处理,对热等静压前、后材料的组织和性能进行了分析。结果表明:该材料的最佳热等静压参数为:压力1 4 0 MPa,温度1 260℃,保温保压时间0.5 h。经过热等静压处理后,材料烧结后遗留的孔洞等组织缺陷减小或消失,材料密度提高2.5%,硬度提高14.9%,抗弯强度提高34.4%,抗磨损性能明显提高。 The Fe-3.0Cr-3.0Mo-0. 5Cu-0. 5C-33TIC steel bonded titanium carbide was prepared by powder metallurgy and was treated by hot isostatic pressing(HIP) technology. The microstructure and mechanical properties of material was investigated. The results show that, the best parameters of HIP are preasure 140 MPa,temperature 1 260 ℃, time 0. 5 h. The pole formed during sinter course decreases or fanishes after HIP technology, the density of material increases 2. 5%, the hardness increases 14.9% , the bending strength increases 34, 4%, the abrasion property of material is improved.
