摘要
为解决待决策单元标杆的数量选择问题,对数量信息标杆的选择与决策问题提出了标杆的选择方法和决策模型。用物元的发散性思想找到与待决策单元同名、同值、同征的单元并收集它们的数量信息;用DEA(Data Envelopm entAnalysis)方法给出了待决策单元标杆的选择方法以及依赖标杆的最佳决策模型;通过例子分析了此模型的作用。从实际的应用中可以看出,量化的决策模型对提高决策单元的效益有显著的作用。此决策模型是把策略的形成以及如何开拓策略集、优化技术的运算技巧结合起来,对基于数量信息标杆的选择与决策问题给出了一种解决方法,并且具有较强的实际意义。
In order to address the question in the quantitative choice of benchmarking in the policy-making unit, selecting benchmarking method and decision model is raised for quantity information benchmarking. First, uses thought of matter element extension determine set of decision unit and collect quantity information. Secondly, gives selecting benchmarking method and optimum decision model by using DEA ( Data Envelopment Analysis). Last, explain effect of model with example. In application, effect of model posses significant. This method combines strategy form, strategy set extension and operational technique of optimization, gives a solving method for selecting benchmarking and decision. This decision model is important in practice.
