摘要
目的研究唾液对托槽-弓丝-结扎丝结构摩擦力的影响。方法选择3种槽沟为0.56mm×0.71mm的不锈钢方丝弓托槽,与2种不锈钢丝(0.45mm圆丝,0.43mm×0.64mm方丝)及2种结扎力(150g和300g)组合,每种托槽-弓丝-结扎组合分别在干燥和唾液环境中进行摩擦力实验,记录托槽与弓丝间滑动时的摩擦力。结果各托槽-弓丝-结扎组合在唾液环境中的摩擦力较在干燥环境中大(P<0.05)。结论在150g和300g结扎力下,唾液增大了托槽-弓丝-结扎丝结构的摩擦力。
Objective To study the effect of saliva on the frictional force of bracket-wire-ligature structures. Methods Three different kinds of stainless steel brackets were used in combination with stainless steel archwires of two different sizes(0.45 mm round and 0.43 mm 0.64 mm rectangle) and two ligation forces(150 g and 300 g), and each bracket-wire-ligature combination was test in the dry control condition and in the saliva. Friction forces were measured by a universal materials testing instrument. Results Greater friction force was found in the saliva condition. Conclusion At 150 g and 300 g ligation force, the frictional force of bracket-wire-ligature structures was increased in the saliva.
