摘要
通过对异形触指锻件的成形工艺及模具结构分析,指出了该零件成形时存在的问题,提出了比较合适的毛坯形状,并用Deform-3D进行数值模拟,为类似零件的冷锻成形探索了一条行之有效的途径。
Through analysis of forming process on irregular forging, the existing problems and more appropriate billet shape were presented. Forming course was simulated with Deform-3D.It explored an effective forming way for the similar cold forging.
