摘要
采用等温挤压工艺成形280 4A11铝活塞裙锻件可克服常规热模锻工艺的不足。变形温度、变形速度及变形程度是其决定性工艺参数,合适的模具结构和适当的工艺过程控制能有效地避免锻件端面凹陷、偏心及抱模现象。
The weakness of the routine hot-die-forging process in forming 4Al1 piston skirt can be eliminated by the isothermal extrusion process.In the isothermal extrusion process, the deformation temperature ,strain speed and amount of deformation were decisive process parameters. The methods to prevent the phenomenon of eccentricity, sticking-to-die and sunken end face were discussed from the aspects of process and die structure.
