摘要 热休克蛋白70(HSP-70)是生物体产生的一种有高度保守性的应激蛋白,可以增强细胞对损害的耐受程度,维持细胞的正常代谢功能,提高细胞的生存率。在中枢神经系统、心肌、肝脏、肺等组织器官损伤中具有保护作用。 Heat shock protein 70 is a highly conservative stress protein produced by the organism. It can strengthen the cytoendurance to damage, maintain the normal metabolism and enhance the viability. Heat shock protein 70 can protect the damage of central nerve system.cardiac muscle,liver and lung.
