摘要
随着科学技术的发展,基础研究的地位越来越重要,文章从基础研究的主要内容出发,分析和探讨了基础研究的基本特征以及基础研究在科技进步中的作用,结合作者的工作实际,提出一种适宜于基础研究发展的管理创新。
With the development of science and technology, the role of basic researches becomes more and more important. According to the primary content of basic researches, the main characteristics of them were analyzed and the function of them in the advance of science and technology discussed in the paper. Based on the author＇s experience, a kind of management innovation which suits the development of basic research was proposed.
