摘要
分析了当前丰枯、峰谷电价条件下沅水流域梯级电站联合调度方案以及优化运行产生的效益,提出了三板溪、托口、五强溪等调节能力较强的水库的水位控制方案,得出了相应的发电量和发电收入过程。同时分析了在优化运行情况下沅水全流域梯级电站对提高下游防洪能力所起的作用以及增加的发电效益。研究结果对沅水流域水库联合调度和水资源利用具有指导意义。
It's analyzed the integrated dispatch scheme and corresponding benefits of Yuanshui river cascades at present electricity prices mechanism differing at abundant and dry seasons, peak and low periods, and advanced water level controlling schemes as well as corresponding generation electricity and income at Sanbanxi,Tuokou and Wuqiangxi reservoirs with big regulation capacity. At the same time,the effects on downriver areas flood control and additional generation benefits to integrate and to optimally dispatch cascaded hydropower stations on Yuanshui river. The achievements are instructive to dispatch Yuanshui river cascades and utilize water resource scientifically.
