摘要
围绕客户订单解耦点的定位,分析了解耦点移动的原因及影响。根据产品设计适应期的存在,将生产过程细化为设计与制造,并从设计与制造角度分别分析解耦点的定位,给出两者集成的2维定位模型。最后,以木皮类板式家具的工艺流程为例,验证了模型的可行性。
To deal with position problem for customer order decoupling point, influence and reason for customer order decoupling point shift were analyzed. Considering product design adaptation period, production process was subdivided into design and manufacture. Then, customer order decoupling point position was studied from design and manufacture perspectives, and a two-dimension position model integrating design and manufacture was provided. Finally, this model was verified by some kind of board furniture with wood and skin.
