摘要
炭化木是将天然实木采用160～240℃高温热处理得到的木材,它具有平衡含水率低、不易吸湿、变形和耐腐性优越等特点。与化学改性木材相比,炭化木在生产过程中污染问题少、处理工艺较简单,在使用过程中不会因化学药剂流失、挥发造成防腐效果降低,也不会对人造成伤害,可广泛用作室内外建筑装修材料如门、窗、木地板及花园家具等。
Thermowood is made of timber via heat treatment between 160 -240 ℃. It is a product with many merits, such as low EMC, high moislure resistance, deformation resistance and decay resistance. Compared with wood chemical modification, the technological process of thermowood is simple and involves less pollution problems. In service process, thermowood is stable in decay resistance and safe to people. It can he widely used as indoor and outdoor construction material such as doors, windows, flooring, garden turniture etc.
