摘要 综述了目前国内外高速列车制动盘失效分析及制动盘材料研究的现状,指出各类材料的优缺点。根据国内铁路运输现状及铁路科技发展长期规划纲要,结合国内外制动盘材料研究成果,对国内铁路高速列车制动盘材料的研究方向提出了建议,指出研究陶瓷涂层、金属陶瓷涂层制动盘是解决国内现阶段高速列车提速要求的一个大有希望的研究方向,而解决陶瓷涂层与基体结合力和研制一种与陶瓷涂层制动盘相匹配的制动闸是目前陶瓷制动盘研究的两个关键环节。 The development on failure analysis and material design on brake disc of high-speed train were introduced, and the advantages and disadvantages of variable materials were described. According to the national transport situation and long-term program, referred to studying results in recent years at home and abroad, some research proposals were put forward that studying ceramic coating and developing brake disc with metallic ceramic coating of high-speed train are the orientation to meet the needs of elevated high-speed train. At the same time, solving the problem about bonding strength between ceramic coating and the base material and developing a novel brake matching brake disc with metallic ceramic coating are the two key technical difficulties.
