摘要 目的建立通用引物PCR法检测人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)基因,探讨其在临床辅助诊断中的应用价值。方法收集400份标本,其中男性119份,女性281份。标本均使用通用引物对MY11/09扩增HPV L1基因片段。同时扩增β球蛋白(β-globin)基因作为内对照。结果400份标本中,72份标本HPV L1基因阳性,阳性率为20.5%。20~岁组男女HPV的检出率最高。患有性病(淋病、尖锐湿疣)、不孕症、宫颈炎、非淋菌性阴道炎等疾病的女性,HPV L1基因的检出率分别为75.0%、25.0%2、1.4%、19.1%。男性性病(淋病、尖锐湿疣)、前列腺炎、非淋菌性尿道炎、不育症患者的HPV L1基因检出率分别为66.7%、16.7%、13.6%、5.7%。结论HPV L1基因的检出率较高。通用引物PCR法在临床检验中具有较高的敏感性和特异性。 Objeetive To establish the method for detection of L1 gene of human papillamvirus (HPV) with MY11/09 PER and explore its application in clinical diagnosis, Methods Totally 400 cases including 119 male and 281 female eases were collected. HPV L1 and β - globin genes of all the samples were amplified simultaneously. Results There 72 samples out of 400 were positive for HPV L1 gene with a positive rate of 20.5 %. The highest positive rate for HPV L1 gene was in the age group of 20 years old. The positive rates of HPV L1 gene in female patients with sexually transmitted diseases (gonorrhea, condyloma acuminata) infertility, cervitis, non-gonorrhea vaginifis were 75.0%, 25.0%, 21.4% and 19.1%. The positive rates of HPV L1 gene in males with male sexually transmitted diseases (genorrhea, condiloma acuminata) eolpifis, urethrifis, prostafitis, infertility, cervical and cutaneous warts were 66.7%, 16.7%, 13.6% and 5.7%. Conclusion HPV infection is associated with some genital diseases. General primer MY11/09 PCR is sensitive and specific for detection of HPV L1 gene.
