摘要
目的探讨改良预存式自体输血用于择期手术患者的临床效果及应用价值。方法依据患者失血量多少,选择择期手术169例,采用自体输血,术前采血400～1 200ml,检测患者采血前后及输血前后各项血液指标。结果采血前后各项血液指标,HCT、RBC和Hb差异均无显著性(P>0.05),WBC和PLT差异有显著性(P<0.01);输血前后检测血液指标WBC和PLT差异有显著性(P<0.01),其他指标差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论预存式自体输血未使组织灌注及摄氧受到影响,没有减弱病人对手术耐受力。
Objective To evaluate clinical value of modified predeposited autotrausfusion in surgical operation. Methods There 169 cases were undertaken autotransfusion, 400 ～ 1 200ml blood were taken out fro the patients before operation baed on estimated blood loss. Blood components were monitored before and after blood sampling. Results There no significant difference were observed in hemological indexes including red blood bells（RBC）, hematocrit （HCT） and hemoglobin （lib） before and after blood sampling （P 〉 0.05）, but significant difference in white blood ceils （WBC） and platelet （PLT） were recorded （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Pre - deposited auto - transfusion doses not affect the hemological index, oxygen transport and tissue oxygenation in patients under surgery.
