摘要
针对多乙二醇塔再沸器膨胀节产生的裂纹进行了有限元应力分析和电测应力分析,认为膨胀节产生裂纹失效的原因是强度安全余量不足,并提出了一个修复E-710再沸器的可行性方案进行修复。
The three - dimensional finite element analysis and the high temperature stain - gauging are estab- lished separately to the appeared crack on the expansion joint of polyglycol column reboiler. The chief cause for the appeared crack on the expansion joint is convinced for the insufficient of strength reserve. The repairs plan is suggested to the expansion joint of polyglycol column reboiler.
